Kelly is Chief People Officer at 123Dentist, one of Canada's largest dental support organizations, with 490+ partner clinics and 8,000 team members. Her career spans senior people leadership at Gowling WLG, Sunwing Travel Group, Cara Operations, and Hudson's Bay Company. Twice named to HRD Magazine's Global Top 100 HR Leaders, Kelly guides our employer expansion.

Michael is the founder of MNV Benefits Consulting and a benefits executive with over 30 years of experience across benefits, finance, and HR strategy. As VP of Global Benefits at Honeywell, he oversaw benefit plans for roughly 115,000 employees in 75 countries and led teams that delivered 1.3 billion dollars in benefits savings. At Blair he advises on benefits strategy, broker and consultant partnerships, and our US employer distribution.

Robin is a Human Resources leader with over 25 years of experience driving strategic people initiatives across global organizations, most recently as Senior Vice President, HR Business Partner and Head of Sales Compensation at Donnelley Financial Solutions. A trusted advisor to C-suite executives, her expertise spans organizational design, change management, total rewards, and DEI. At Blair she advises on HR strategy as we expand into the US. Robin holds a Masters in Education from the University of Georgia and a BA from SUNY Albany.
